Yes, we provide free shipping on every order over a minimum amount of 999 INR. This is shown at checkout. If your order is under that level then a small flat shipping fee applies.

Since our products are basically consumable natural foods, we can’t really accept returns on opened packages, for hygiene and safety reasons. Still, if your package shows up damaged, has been tampered with, or turns out defective, please reach out to us within 24 hours after delivery, and we will promptly get the product picked up and provide a full refund.

Once approved, refunds for prepaid orders are credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
